Guerreiro do Divino Amor investigates super-fictions, the occult forces that interfere in the construction of territory and collective imaginary. He constructs a universe of science fiction out of
the fragments of reality, which turn into films, publications, installations, and conferences.
He participated in exhibitions at Fundação Iberê Camargo, Museu de Arte do Rio (MAR), the Contemporary Art Center (CAC) in Vilnius, and the 2018 Arte Pará, among others. In 2018, he held a solo exhibition, Superficções, at Paço das Artes in Museu da Imagem e do Som de São Paulo (MIS-SP). He was an artist in residence at Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and Pivô-Pesquisa in São Paulo, and at Casa da Cultura da América Latina (CAL), in Brasília. He
participated in the 2019 Bolsa Pompulha. He was the winner of Prêmio Pipa in 2019, a finalist for the Swiss Art Awards in 2008 and 2017, and for the Generations Prize of the Biennale de l’Image en Mouvement in Geneva. His films have been shown and received awards in several national and international screenings and festivals.
