Sucata Quântica is a collective initiative to salvage objects, materials, practices, knowledge, and culture. It fights the logic of planned obsolescence through creativity, technique, research, and fun. The initiative was established in 2018 and has since been managing waste materials, holding workshops and training sessions for children and adults, designing and building sets, producing interior designs, furniture, decoration items and gadgets, and providing other services related to repurposing materials that are considered obsolete.
